COFACC was formally created last night, May 25 at the JVS WorkSource Center in Culver City and participated in by the major FACC Chapter leaders in Southern California. The signing of Memorandum of Solidarity and Cooperation among the founding Board of Directors and Chapters of COFACC also took place. Thank you to CommissionerJoel Jacinto of the Board of Public Works City of LA who graced our occasion as our main guest speaker and likewise to Me Fidji Victoriano of SIPA. Missing in the event last night was Philippine Consulate General Adelio Angelito Cruz, COFACC’s Adviser and Advocate who had to leave for the Philippines due to the passing of his dad. Our deepest condolences to Congen and his family.
