The three Filipino American Chamber of Commerce (FACC) chapter leaders of Southern California – FACC-Greater Los Angeles, FACC-South Los Angeles Area & FACC Tri-County group of board members met last night at Salo Salo Grill Restaurant in Artesia, CA to discuss specific program plan and logistics for the scheduled Mega Mixer to be held on Sept. 16, 2017 from 1 to 5 pm at a venue in Cerritos, CA (TBA). Target no of attendees will be between 300-400 people during this Saturday afternoon event. Committees were organized in the areas of Programs, Secretariat, Marketing/Social Media/Sponsorships, Food & Logistics, Finance and Public Relations. This will be the first time again after a long period of time that 3 independent chapters of the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) are organizing a collaborative effort to rally the Fil American Community behind a common theme/thrust of “Awakening the Filipino Entrepreneurism”. This was the unanimous feeling of the 3 groups in entering into this collaborative movement. Sponsorship packages for table exhibits, short program/workshops, speed networking and entertainment are being prepared by the various committees that were organized last night.

We are expecting a heavy turnout for this event and encourage all local business and community leaders to get involved in this event. For inquiries, please contact the local FACC Chapter Presidents – Gerry Palon for FACC-Greater Los Angeles (310-999-5742) Fred Docdocil for FACC- Southbay Area (310-619-8101), and Merwyn Montenegro for FACC Tri County (909-319-3145) which covers the San Gabriel, San Bernardino & Upland areas.
