The Forum is organized by the Philippine Consulate General under its Gender and Development program and hopes to build the forum as a major exchange platform on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

COFACC was created last night, May 25 at the JVS WorkSource Center in Culver City and participated in by the major FACC Chapter leaders in Southern California. The signing of Memorandum of Solidarity and Cooperation among the founding Board of Directors and Chapters of COFACC also took place.
