Congratulations to the first batch of FACC-GLA-SIPA 2018 Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP) students who underwent 4 weeks of intensive training sessions on the basics of starting and running a business! The program curriculum is designed for would-be and start-up entrepreneurs. Awarding the Certificates of Completion were Board of Public Works Commissioner Joel Jacinto of City of LA, a strong advocate of the FilAm Entrepreneurship Movement and Mr. Max Reyes, Business Community Manager of the LA City Mayor’s Office for Economic Development. Special thanks to Ms. Fidji Victoriano who conducted and managed the entire training program. Missing at the event was Consul General Adelio Cruz due to another prior commitment but he wished all the graduates good luck and more success. After FACC-GLA, the next ETP schedule of SIPA will be in the West Covina area under the auspices of FACC-Tri County. FACC-GLA and FACC-Tri County are among the six (6) strong Founding Chapters of the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce or COFACC.
